For Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., our setup here is at C/O Mr. B. Arun Kumar, at Plot No. 80/A. We are located in the Godavari Homes area of Jeedimetla in Hyderabad 500 055. It’s a bit unusual because it’s a residential plot, so it doesn't have that cold, corporate feel you might find in a big office park. Jeedimetla is a mix of industrial and residential zones, and being in Godavari Homes gives us a slightly quieter environment to work in. We have a small team here managing things. There’s a lot of coordination involved in what we do, and the office is often filled with stacks of paperwork and some of the smaller components we track. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stuff coming in, but we just move things around to make it work. Most of us live nearby, so we don't have too far to travel. We take our breaks in the kitchen and talk about the neighborhood or the latest news. It’s a very straightforward, no-nonsense kind of place. We’ve been at Plot No. 80/A for a while, and the local shopkeepers all know us by name. It’s a comfortable place to work without all the pressure of a big fancy office. We just do what needs to be done every day and keep the company moving in Hyderabad.
