We are set up in Pragathi Nagar, specifically at Surya Plaza. Our unit is Flat No T1 on Plot No. 790 and 791. Kukatpally is always a busy place to be. There is a lot of movement in this part of town. Our office isn’t huge, but it fits what we need for the food business. Being in an apartment-style plaza means we have neighbors all around us doing different things. We usually get in early and start going through the lists for the day. It’s a mix of paperwork and handling the actual food items. The flat has a few rooms that we’ve turned into work areas. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a high-rise downtown. It feels more like a home that turned into a workspace over time. We have a small kitchen area and some desks pushed against the walls. The balcony looks out over the street where people are always rushing to the metro or the shops. We keep our own pace though. There’s a lot of coordination involved in what we do. We talk to vendors and check on the stocks. It’s mostly just keeping the wheels turning. Nothing about our setup is flashy. It’s just us working out of a flat in Kukatpally, trying to make sure everything gets where it needs to go. We’ve been at this Surya Plaza location for a while now and we know the tea stall owners downstairs and the other folks in the building quite well. It makes for a familiar place to come to every morning.
