Working out of an apartment building gives Glorious Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd. a very different feel than a standard office block. It is a lot quieter, for one thing. We share the building with families, so you sometimes hear kids playing or people cooking in the units nearby. Our space is divided up like a home, with different rooms serving as different departments. It is a bit cozy, maybe even a little crowded during the peak hours of the day. We have a kitchen where someone is almost always making coffee or tea. The neighborhood is quite nice, with plenty of small shops and places to grab lunch within walking distance. We have been based here for some time, and we like the pace of the area. It is not as frantic as the main commercial hubs. Our team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We mostly keep our heads down and focus on the technical work we do. It is a straightforward operation.
