We’re tucked away in Flat 1C over at Srila Park Pride. It’s a residential block in Vasanth Nagar, so it’s pretty quiet compared to the main road. If you’re coming down Manjeera Pipe Line Road, you might miss the turn if you aren't looking. We started Global Transcendence because we wanted to work on IT stuff without all the corporate mess. It’s just a ground-floor flat, so no elevators to deal with. We’ve got our setup in the main room and some spare cables in the back. It’s mostly coding and checking servers all day. We try to keep things simple here. Sometimes we order lunch from the place around the corner and eat at our desks. It’s not flashy at all. Just a bunch of us who know a thing or two about computers. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now. The neighbors are nice enough, mostly families. We try not to make too much noise. The internet connection is decent, which is the main thing we need. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do good work and go home. That’s how we’ve always operated. No fancy meetings or long speeches. Just practical solutions and getting the task done. We have a couple of desks that don't match, but they hold the monitors up just fine. It's a real place for real work where people just focus on their tasks.
