Global Recruitment Executive

We operate out of House Number 3 B in the Bansilalpet area of Secunderabad. It’s a quiet enough spot for a recruitment business to run. We handle a lot of the executive-level stuff from this office. It’s mostly just us working through lists of candidates and talking to different firms that need help with hiring managers. The 500003 pin code is our local neighborhood. We have been here for some time now, just doing the basic work of finding people for jobs. It’s not always easy, as people have different expectations, but we try to keep things grounded and realistic. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with desks, computers, and a lot of phone lines. We spend a good chunk of the day on the phone or responding to emails from people looking for work. Being in Bansilalpet means we're close to a lot of the local activity in Secunderabad. We’ve got a small team here. We don't do much in the way of advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough throughout the year. It’s a straightforward operation. We look at what a job needs and then we try to find a person who fits that description. It takes time and a lot of patience to get it right. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with folders, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy and trying to help people.
