We don't use any fancy software to make decisions; we just talk to people. Hyderabad is a big city, and it can be tough to navigate the job market, so we do what we can to help. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for a long time. We know each other’s habits and how we like our tea. We aren't looking to become some giant global corporation. We like being a local business where people can just walk in and talk to us. It’s not always easy, and the office can get a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we like it this way. It feels real and honest, and that’s what matters to us.
