GLENTREE RESIDENCES LLP

Our office is located at Apurupa LNG Towers in Jubilee Hills. We are up on the 4th floor in Unit 402. The address is a bit of a mouthful, H.NO. 8 2 293/82/111/415. Being in the Shaikpet area means there is always a lot of construction and noise around us. Glentree Residences is a small LLP. We handle property management and some residential development. It’s a busy office, but it isn't very formal. We don't really do the whole corporate suit and tie thing. Most of the time, we are just in casual clothes, drinking coffee and looking at site plans. The balcony gives us a decent view of the Jubilee Hills traffic, which is usually at a standstill. We spend a lot of our time coordinating between builders and people looking for homes. It involves a lot of paperwork and even more phone calls. Sometimes we have to head out to site visits in the afternoon, and the heat in Hyderabad can be pretty rough. We’ve been operating from this tower for a while now. We know the local market pretty well because we see it changing every single day. There’s always a new building going up somewhere nearby. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people who know the business and try to keep things moving. It’s honest work. We stay until the job is done and then deal with the commute home.
