Glentree Developers LLP is located over in the Jubilee Hills area of Hyderabad. Our office is on the 4th floor, specifically Flat No. 402 at H.No. 8 2 293/82/111/415. It sounds like a mouthful, but once you’re in the neighborhood, it’s not too hard to find us. We work on various land and building developments around here. Jubilee Hills is a busy place, and being on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a view, though we spend most of our time staring at blueprints or talking on the phone with contractors. We are a small LLP, so we don't have dozens of receptionists. Usually, if you call, you're talking directly to someone who is actually working on the project. We try to keep our overhead low so we can focus on the actual building part. The work involves a lot of back-and-forth with local authorities and site managers. It can be stressful, but it’s what we know how to do. We've been in this spot for some time now. We aren't into the whole corporate polishing thing. We just wear our work clothes and get on with the development tasks at hand. Sometimes we're out at the sites until late at night. That’s just the life of a developer in a city like this. It's practical work for practical people. We just keep our heads down and get the building done.
