We are located at P.No. 304, Sy. No. 8 and 9, in Nalanda Nagar, Hyderguda. That is where Gleamind Software Technologies Private Limited operates from. It’s a decent-sized space, but we have filled it up with equipment and desks pretty quickly. Hyderguda is a familiar area for many, and being in Nalanda Nagar gives us a bit of peace away from the main road noise. Our daily routine is mostly about software. We sit down, open our laptops, and start working through whatever the current project demands. It’s not the kind of place with a lounge or a gym like those big tech campuses. We have a small table for lunch and a water cooler that gets a lot of use. The atmosphere is quiet for the most part, except for when we are debating how to handle a specific piece of code. We started this because we wanted to do things our own way, without all the corporate red tape. We are just local people who are good with computers and software. We don't have a big sales team; we just let the work speak for itself. The office is a bit messy with books and hardware parts, but we know where everything is. It’s a functional space for people who actually like building things and solving technical puzzles every day. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but we usually try to keep a normal schedule. It works for us.
