Our office is on Level 4 of Champa Estates, which sits right on Tilak Road. If you know the area, you know how busy the street gets with all the shops and pedestrians. The building is a bit older, and the elevator can be a little shaky sometimes, so a lot of us just take the stairs to the fourth floor. Gleam Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a small operation. We have a main room with about ten desks and a smaller cabin for meetings that we mostly use for storage. The lighting is okay, but we prefer to keep the windows open when the weather allows. You can hear the traffic and the horns from Tilak Road all day long, which becomes like background music after a while. We don't have a professional cleaning crew every day, so we all take turns keeping the place tidy. There’s a small fridge in the corner that’s usually full of water bottles and someone's leftover lunch. We do mostly digital work and data management, so it's a lot of sitting and staring at monitors. We don't have any corporate branding on the walls or a receptionist to greet people. If someone comes by, they just knock on the door and one of us will look up. It’s a relaxed atmosphere and we don’t have a strict dress code. We just want to get through our work and go home to our families.
