Gland Pharma

This Gland Pharma site is located in the AP Housing Board Colony, specifically in the IDPL Chintal area. We are spread across several plots, numbers 48, 49, 56, and 57. It’s a big area and we have been here for quite some time now. Being in a housing board colony makes it feel a bit more like a community than just an industrial zone. We have a lot of space for our operations here which is good because we have a lot of equipment. The buildings are older but they serve the purpose. We do a lot of manufacturing and handling of pharma products. It can get pretty busy with people coming and going shift after shift. We don't really have a lot of decorative stuff around the place. It's more about the pipes, the tanks, and the production lines. The gates are usually busy with deliveries. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so there’s a familiar feel to the place. We just focus on getting the batches out on time. It is a lot of hard work and the days can be long. We don’t talk much about being special, we just stick to the schedule and make sure everything is handled correctly. It’s a practical, hardworking site where everyone knows what needs to happen to keep things running. We deal with the daily issues as they come up and keep the production going forward every single day.
