Madhapur is always crowded, so finding a parking spot near 1-98/85/10 can be a real challenge on most days. Our office isn't very big, but it fits the team just fine. A few rooms hold all our stuff. There’s a small area where we have our tea and talk about things that aren't related to work. It’s a regular office, nothing like what people see in the movies. Some of the chairs and desks are old and have seen better days, but they still work perfectly well. Upgrading things just to look fancy isn't really our style. The neighborhood has plenty of small shops and places to eat, which helps when a break from the screen is needed. Gjtl Labs Private Limited started with just a couple of us. Now there are a few more people, but it still feels like a small group. Everyone knows each other well. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to finish, and other times we head out early if things are quiet. Delivery drivers often get confused by the address, so walking out to the main road to meet them is a common chore. It’s just part of being in this part of Madhapur. Things are kept straightforward and honest here.
