GHR-BAAS INFRA LLP

Our office is located in Dathri Nilayam, which is over in Bandari Layout. Specifically, we are in Flat 103 across plots 239, 240, and 241. It’s a busy little area in Nizampet, near Bachupally. GHR-BAAS INFRA LLP operates out of this space. It’s more of a residential-style setup, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a big corporate building. You get used to the sounds of the neighborhood after a while. We spend a lot of time here working on infrastructure plans and sorting through files. Sometimes the rains make the roads in the layout a bit tricky, but we manage. Most of us live not too far away, so the commute isn't the worst thing in the world. We have a few desks set up and plenty of maps and blueprints around the place. It is a practical way to work. We started here because the location in Hyderabad made sense for the projects we keep an eye on. Usually, someone is always in the office by nine, getting the lights on and the fans going. It’s just a small team of people trying to do a decent job every day. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. It's just Flat 103 where the actual work happens. Nizampet is growing fast, so there's always something new happening on the next street over. We just stay busy with our own stuff and keep the office running as best as we can. The neighbors are mostly families.
