Gherzi Eastern Limited

Our Kadapa office is located at Dno 1 440 Vakilabavi in Utukur. It’s an interesting spot in Andhra Pradesh. The office is associated with Shaikjasmin and Smahaboob. It’s more of a local operation here. We handle things for Gherzi Eastern Limited from this side of the region. The weather in Kadapa is usually quite hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the cooling is working right. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and see us at our desks. There’s usually a lot of talk about local projects and how things are progressing on the ground. We know the local area well. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a blessing. We have some shelves filled with binders and a few old computers that still work perfectly fine for what we need. It’s a practical place. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes people drop by to ask questions, and we do our best to help them out without making things too formal. We like the pace here. It’s busy but not chaotic. We just take it one day at a time, making sure we stay on top of the paperwork and the site visits that need to happen.
