Ggr Housing Private Limited

Our office is located in the Manjeera Mejestic Commercialcomplex, right on Jntu Road in Kphb. It's on the seventh floor, unit 706. Ggr Housing Private Limited has been operating out of Kukatpally for some time now. Being in a big complex like this means there's always a lot of movement around us. You've probably seen the building if you've ever been stuck in traffic near JNTU. We spend most of our days dealing with housing stuff, looking at site plans and talking to contractors. It’s a lot of back and forth, honestly. Sometimes the elevators in this building take forever, which can be annoying when we're in a hurry. We aren't really the type to use big words or make everything sound like a dream. It's housing. People need places to live, and we try to get those built. It’s hard work and there are always hurdles like permits and material costs going up. We just take it day by day. Most of us here grew up nearby, so we have a good feel for what the neighborhood needs. We don't have a giant reception desk or anything like that. Just some desks, some chairs, and a lot of blueprints spread out. If you stop by, you'll see we're just deep in work. It’s a practical setup for people who like getting things done rather than just talking about them. We hope you can find us okay.
