Gforge Techsolutions India Pvt. Ltd. is over at A/26, Madhusri, in Madhura Nagar. This is a quieter part of town compared to the main tech hubs, which we actually prefer. The office is located in a building that looks more like a house than a corporate center. It is a nice street with some trees and local shops nearby. Inside, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We have our computers set up on long tables and there are wires everywhere for the network. It is a small team, so we all know what everyone else is working on. Sometimes we have music playing in the background, or it is just the sound of the fans and the tapping of keys. We get our lunch from the small mess down the road, and sometimes we sit on the steps outside to eat and get some sun. Madhura Nagar is a comfortable place to be, and it is easy for us to get to work without too much trouble. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If someone comes to the door, one of us just gets up to see who it is and what they need. We spend our days solving technical problems and writing code, occasionally getting frustrated when things do not work the first time. It is an honest living and we enjoy the quiet rhythm of this neighborhood. We have been here at A/26 for a while now and it suits us just fine.
