Our office is located at Ather Villa, House Number 8-1-398/B/1 in the IAS Colony. This is in the Hakeempet area of Tolichowki, Hyderabad. It is a residential house that we have turned into a workspace. Working from a villa makes things feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office building. We have a few rooms filled with computers and servers because we deal with a lot of data and information systems. The colony is usually quiet, which is nice because it helps us concentrate on the technical stuff. Sometimes we have meetings in the living room area. We do not have a big corporate sign outside, so it looks like any other house on the street. Most of us get to the office by bike or car, and parking can be a bit of a squeeze on the narrow lane. We spend long hours staring at screens and writing code or managing databases. The kitchen is always stocked with tea and snacks since we tend to work through lunch quite often. It is a small team, and we all know each other well. There is no dress code or formal hierarchy here. We just focus on solving problems and keeping the systems running. It is a bit of a tech hub inside a home environment. We have been here for a while and we like the quiet vibe of the IAS Colony. It is just a normal, hardworking setup in Hyderabad.
