GENUSPARK CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is over in Kukatpally, in the Navodaya Colony area. Our office is Flat No-206 in D Block of Bhavyas Tulasivanam. If you know that part of town, you know it is always busy and full of people. We have been working from this spot for a while now. The office is pretty standard for a construction company. We have got filing cabinets, some computers, and usually a few samples of building materials like tiles or granite sitting in the corner. It is a bit cramped sometimes when the whole team is in, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent talking to vendors or checking on the progress of our current construction sites. Kukatpally is a busy place to be because everything is so close, but the noise can be a bit much. We don't have a big corporate feel. It is more like a place where everyone knows each other. We drink a lot of coffee and spend too much time looking at cost sheets and payroll. Construction is a tough business with a lot of moving parts, and we just try to keep everything organized. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up paperwork, but that is just part of the deal. We are just normal people working in the building trade and trying to do the work every day.
