Genpact

We’ve got this space at 10 3Rt in the Aphb colony of Saidabad. If you know Hyderabad, you know Saidabad is an old, established area with its own unique vibe. Genpact is just one of the local entities operating out of here. It’s not some massive campus with a gym and a cafeteria. It’s just a spot that’s been turned into a work space. It feels more like a house than a corporate office, to be honest. We have small rooms and a narrow hallway that gets a bit crowded. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s fairly quiet during the day compared to the main city roads. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood—vendors passing by, kids playing after school, and the occasional dog barking at a stranger. We like being tucked away like this. It keeps things simple. We don’t have to deal with the madness of the high-rise areas every single day. Genpact at 10 3Rt is just where we show up. We do our tasks, talk about the cricket scores, and try to get out before the evening traffic gets too bad. Saidabad is a good place to stay grounded. There’s nothing pretentious about what we’re doing here. It’s just work. We’ve been in this Aphb spot for a while now and we’re used to it. It's a decent place to spend the day.
