Genpact

Our office is over in Tarnaka at the Innovation Enclave. We are in 302 C, right on Street 2, Lane 5. It is a bit tucked away but people seem to find it eventually. Hyderabad can be a bit confusing with all the lanes, but Lane 5 is pretty straightforward once you’re on the main road. The building isn't brand new or anything, just a solid place to work. Inside, it's mostly desks and chairs and computer screens. We spend most of our time here dealing with the daily tasks. It gets bright in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows. We try to keep the coffee pot full because the days can get long. Sometimes the internet acts up but we manage. We aren’t trying to be anything we aren’t. It’s just a group of people working together in a small office. We have the usual office sounds, printers going and people talking. If you come by, the elevator is sometimes a bit slow so the stairs might be better. Being in the AP500017 area is handy for us. There are some good food stalls nearby for when we take a break. It feels like a normal workplace. No big corporate lobbies or anything like that here. Just us in Room 302 C doing what we do. We've been at this for a bit now and know the area well. It's home for the business. There is always a lot to get through each day.
