Genpact

Genpact is located at Plot No 138 139 near the Neredemet X Rd in Sree Colony. This is a busy part of Secunderabad, and you can always hear the traffic from the main road. The 500056 area is always moving and there is a lot of energy around. Our building is right in the middle of it all. We have a decent amount of space on this plot, but it’s still a very simple setup. We don't have any fancy elevators or glass walls. It’s more of a brick-and-mortar kind of place. Inside, the floors are a bit worn and the furniture is mismatched, but it’s comfortable enough for a long day of work. We deal with a lot of different things here, mostly focusing on getting the paperwork and digital files sorted. It’s a very functional space. There’s a small shop nearby where we get our snacks, and the owners know us by name now. We don't have a big corporate culture here. It’s more like a group of neighbors working together. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just work. The Neredemet X Road area can get pretty chaotic during rush hour, so we usually try to time our departures to avoid the worst of the traffic. It’s just a regular office in a busy part of town doing our best every day. We are happy with our little corner of Sree Colony.
