Genpact

You’ll find Genpact over at Plot 763 in Defence Colony. It’s a well-known area, but our specific spot is quite tucked away. It’s a bit more peaceful here than in the heart of the city. We have a simple building on the plot. It’s not a skyscraper or a big office park. It’s just a regular building where we’ve set up our equipment and desks. We spend our days handling various projects that come our way. There are no big meetings with fancy presentations here. Usually, it’s just a few of us sitting around a table or at our own desks working through spreadsheets and emails. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we try to keep the noise down and be good neighbors to the people living next door. We don't have a big sign outside, so people sometimes miss the turn when they are coming to see us for the first time. It’s a very low-key environment. We like it that way because it allows us to focus without the distractions of a huge corporate office. There’s a small garden area out front that we try to keep tidy, though none of us are really experts at gardening. It’s just a place of work. We come in, do what needs to be done, and then head home to our families. It’s a steady routine in a quiet part of town. We don't need much more than a good internet connection and some decent chairs to stay productive.
