Genpact

In the Nacharam area, Genpact is situated on Street No 1 in Hmt Nagar. The address is 4 9 13. This part of Hyderabad has an interesting mix of houses and small businesses. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the street, but it’s where we get everything done. It can be a bit dusty around here sometimes because of the local traffic and the industrial sites not too far away. We keep things pretty relaxed inside. There isn't a dress code or anything like that; we just show up and focus on the data and the tasks at hand. It’s a hardworking atmosphere. Most of the people here have been with us for a long time, so we all know how the others take their coffee. We don’t have a fancy canteen, so we usually just bring stuff from home or go to the small canteen down the road. It’s a very basic setup. We have our computers and our desks, and that’s about all we need. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because it doesn't really help the work get done faster. It’s a practical way of doing things in a busy part of town. We are just one of the many small operations in Hmt Nagar trying to stay busy. It’s a good spot for us and we keep things simple.
