Genpact

If you find yourself in Kukatpally, you might come across us in Jalvayu Vihar. Genpact operates out of Flat 195 here. It’s a residential colony, so it’s much quieter than the main roads of Hyderabad. We like that it feels like a home because, well, it is a flat. We’ve set up our workstations in the main rooms. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The 500 072 pin code area has changed a lot since we first arrived. There are more shops and apartments popping up everywhere now. Our day starts early, and usually, the only sound is the keyboard clicking. We don't really have visitors often since most of our work is done online or over the phone. It’s a simple arrangement. There are no corporate logos plastered all over the walls inside. It’s just us, some chairs, and plenty of cables. Living and working in the same general vicinity makes things easier for some of the folks here. We appreciate the trees around the colony; it gives us a bit of a break when we step out for air. It’s a very grounded way to run things. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide a space for the team to finish their tasks without too much fuss. It's a quiet life here in the flat and we get things done without making a big deal out of it.
