Genpact

Our place is at Swagruha E Block, Flat No 19 in Bhagya Nagar Colony, Hyderabad. It’s right opposite the KPHB Colony. Genpact here is a small, busy office. Being in a colony means we’re surrounded by houses and other small local businesses. It’s a very grounded way to work every day. We don’t have a glass lobby or a big security gate with a metal detector. You just come up to the flat like you’re visiting a neighbor. It’s got that lived-in feel, with some old chairs and a table that wobbles a little if you lean on it too hard. We’ve got some posters on the wall that are just there to cover up some old marks. It’s a very honest and simple space. We spend our days working through whatever is on our screens, and usually, the time flies by pretty fast. The noise from KPHB across the way is always there, but we’re all used to it by now. We usually share snacks in the afternoon when we need a break. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. It’s more like a group of people working together in a regular flat. We don’t use a lot of big words or talk about high-level strategy all the time. We just talk about our lives and the work we have in front of us. Flat 19 is just our little home away from home.
