Genpact

Our office is located at 604 Sunischit Apartments, which is part of the GH 96 area in Sector 54, Gurgaon. Genpact has been operating out of this apartment for some time now. Being in a residential apartment complex like Sunischit makes for a different kind of work environment than a big office park. It is a bit quieter, and you don’t feel like you’re just a face in a crowd of thousands of people. We are up on the sixth floor, so we have a bit of a view of the surrounding Sector 54 area. Haryana is growing fast, and Gurgaon is at the center of it, but our little corner feels steady. We have our computers set up and we just handle the day’s tasks as they come. There’s nothing particularly fancy about our space. It’s just a place where we can sit down and focus. We use the apartment layout to our advantage, with different rooms for different bits of work. It makes the day feel a bit more relaxed than a wide-open floor plan might. People around here are friendly enough, and we’ve gotten used to the routine of coming in and out of the building. We aren't trying to make any big waves or change the world. We’re just here to do our work and keep things moving along as best as we can. It works out well for everyone.
