Genpact

We are over at Flat No 303 in C Block, Phase 1 of Bellevendre Garden in Padma Rao Nagar, Secunderabad. It’s a nice residential complex, and we are located in the heart of Andhra Pradesh, pin code 500025. The building is part of a larger garden area, so there’s a bit of greenery around which is nice to look at during breaks. The flat itself is quite spacious, and the Genpact team has set it up with all the desks and equipment we need for our daily work. Since it’s an apartment block, we have to be mindful of the neighbors and keep the noise down in the hallways. The elevator works most of the time, but we usually just take the stairs since we’re only on the third floor. Inside, the walls are plain and we’ve got a few calendars hanging up to keep track of the days. We don't have any big flashy signs or corporate branding inside the flat for Genpact. It’s just a place where we come to do our jobs, answer emails, and finish our reports. There’s a nice breeze that comes through the balcony when we open the doors in the evening. Most of us have been working here for a while, so we’ve got a good rhythm going. It’s a very relaxed environment, but we make sure we stay on top of all our responsibilities. Sometimes we bring in snacks to share during the afternoon slump to keep our energy up.
