Genpact

Our Genpact office is in Flat 103 at Radhika Villa, which is tucked away in Jaffar Ali Bagh behind the Yashoda Hospital in Somajiguda, Hyderabad. It’s actually a pretty good spot because it’s right in the middle of the city but the villa itself is in a quieter lane. You can call us at 91 9703109191 if you ever get lost trying to find the place, as the back lanes can be a bit confusing. The flat is on the first floor and it has been converted into an office space for the Genpact team. We have a few rooms filled with desks and computers. It still feels a bit like a home, which we actually like. There’s a small kitchen area where we can heat up our food and make some tea. Being near the hospital means there is always traffic and people around, but once you step into Radhika Villa, it gets much quieter. We don't have a big corporate lobby, just a doorbell and a small shoe rack at the entrance. The windows look out over some trees and the neighboring houses. We spend most of our time staring at screens and handling data. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady and the people here are nice. We try to keep the place tidy, though the cable management under the desks is a bit of a disaster. It’s just a normal, honest place where we work together and keep things moving.
