Genpact

We are located at 315 MIG in the KPHB colony of Hyderabad. KPHB is a really busy area, and there is always something happening right outside our door. The MIG flats are older, but they are solid and give our Genpact team plenty of room to set up our workstations. It’s a bit of a climb to get up here, and we don't have a lift, so we get our exercise for the day just coming to work. The Genpact office is pretty basic, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of wires running everywhere for the computers. We keep a water cooler in the corner because it gets really warm in the afternoons. You can hear the traffic from the main road if the windows are open, so we usually keep them shut. It’s a good location because it’s close to the bus stop and the metro, so most of us don't have to drive. There are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick bite, which is helpful when we’re working through our lunch hour. The furniture is a bit mismatched, but it's comfortable enough for an eight-hour shift. We focus on our daily targets and don't spend much time on anything else. It’s a practical workspace for people who just want to get their tasks finished. Sometimes the street noise gets loud, but we’ve all learned to just tune it out and keep working until the job is done for the day.
