Genpact

We are based over at Block No 7 in Sridhara Enclave, specifically in the S 2 unit in the Malakjgiri area of Anandbagh. It is a busy little spot in Hyderabad, 5000047. Most people who work here for Genpact live pretty close by, so the commute isn't too bad unless the heavy rain starts and the roads get messy. The building itself is okay, nothing fancy or over the top. We've got our desks and computers all set up. Sometimes the power goes out for a minute or two but the generator usually kicks in right away. It’s mostly just a bunch of us doing our jobs day in and day out. If you are looking for us, just look for the Genpact sign near the main gate. The neighborhood has a lot of small shops and tiffin centers, so finding a quick lunch or some tea is pretty easy for everyone. We spend a lot of time on our calls and finishing up those reports. It's not a huge office, just a practical space where we can get things done without too much noise from the main road traffic. The stairs can be a bit steep if you aren't used to walking up them. We try to keep things organized but sometimes papers pile up on the corners of the desks when things get busy. It feels like a regular local workplace, nothing like those big glass buildings you see in the city center. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to leave on time.
