Genpact

In Hyderabad, we’re located over in the Chintal area, specifically at 46 461 1 Bhagath Sing Nagar on Hmt Road. It’s a long address to write out, but finding us isn't too hard once you're on Hmt Road. The Genpact office here is pretty basic. We’ve got what we need to function, and we don't bother much with the extras. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so there’s a steady flow of people going about their business. The heat in Hyderabad can be pretty intense, so our office is usually a haven of fans and the hum of the AC. We don't have any of those corporate mission statements pinned to the walls. Instead, you’ll mostly see calendars, sticky notes with reminders, and maybe a few personal photos on someone's desk. The day usually goes by in a blur of calls and data entry. We aren't into big formalities; we just speak plainly to each other and handle our shifts. Most of us live fairly close by, so the commute isn't as bad as it could be, though the Hmt Road traffic has its moments. We’re just a standard team working in a standard office. It’s honest work, and we don’t try to make it sound like anything else. We focus on the daily grind and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the day. It’s just how we operate here in Chintal.
