Genpact India

Our place is in Hyderabad, specifically in DD Colony, Bagh Amberpet. The address is 2-2-24/59. It’s a local neighborhood with a lot of history and older buildings. We are Genpact India, and we’ve set up shop right here among the houses and small shops. It isn't a high-rise office. It feels more like a home that’s been turned into a workplace. We spend our days here dealing with the tasks that come our way. The area can be quite busy during the morning rush, but the colony itself is usually a bit calmer. We have our desks lined up, and we try to keep things organized, though sometimes papers pile up when we get busy. We don't talk much about goals or visions. We just focus on getting the work finished so we can go home to our families. The tea man comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short break. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of environment. Hyderabad has a lot of big tech areas, but we like being in Amberpet because it feels more grounded. We know the guy at the corner store and the people living next door. It’s just a honest place to do honest work without any of the corporate fluff you see elsewhere. We’re just part of the local fabric here in Hyd 13.
