Genpact India

We are based here in Hyderabad. It’s a huge city, and we are just one small part of the Genpact India presence here. We don't have a fancy street name to give you, just our spot in the city. It’s a busy place to work. The office is always humming with the sound of computers and people talking. It’s not like those movies where everything is perfect and clean. We have stacks of paper in the corners and sometimes the coffee machine breaks down for a week. We just deal with it. The people here are from all over, but we’ve formed a decent little community. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just process information and help keep things running. Some days are long, especially when there’s a lot of work piled up, but we get through it together. We don't have a big corporate culture thing going on. We just show up, do the job, and go home. The office is just a place with desks and chairs. It’s functional and it gets the job done. We appreciate the local shops around us where we can grab a quick bite. It’s a very grounded way to work. No one is putting on airs. We are just a bunch of people working in Hyderabad. We try to keep our heads down and focus on the daily grind. It's nothing fancy, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. That's enough for us.
