Down at 20 83 5 Dayanand Nagar in Malkajgiri, we are part of the Genpact Hyderabad team. This area of Hyderabad has a very local feel to it, and our office is right in the middle of all that activity. The address 500047 is home for us during the day. It is not like those giant glass towers you see in the tech parks. Instead, we are closer to the markets and the houses where real life happens. Every morning, the streets are full of people heading to work or setting up their stalls. We spend our hours inside working on various projects, mostly keeping track of numbers and helping out with back-end operations. It is a simple routine that works for us. We just try to get through the pile of work so we can catch the bus or the train back home before it gets too late.
