We are located at Plot No. 85 in Tapovan Colony, which is in the Karmanghat area of Saroornagar. It’s a nice residential spot. Our office isn't very large since we are an OPC, so it is a pretty tight-knit operation. Gcm Infotech is where we handle various IT tasks. The atmosphere is very casual. Most days, you’ll find us in jeans and t-shirts just working away. There aren't any fancy glass partitions or expensive art on the walls. We have what we need to get the job done—good computers and a decent connection. Tapovan Colony is a bit away from the main tech hubs of Hyderabad, which means less noise and fewer crowds. We like the quiet because it helps us focus on the details of our work. Saroornagar has a lot of history, and we feel like a small part of the local community here. People around the neighborhood know us as the guys who work on computers. We don't have a big HR department or complicated rules. If the work is done, everyone is happy. We take our breaks on the balcony sometimes to get some fresh air. It is a simple, honest way to earn a living, and we don't try to pretend it is anything else.
