GBK CONSTRUCTIONS AND DEVELOPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED is based over at HNO 6-5-62 in Vidya Nagar. We’ve been in this building for a few years now, and it’s become a second home to many of us who work here. Vidya Nagar is a nice area, a bit quieter than the main city center, which we appreciate when we have a lot of paperwork to do. Our daily routine is pretty standard for a construction firm. We start early, check the mail, and get on the phone to see where our supplies are. There’s always a bit of a struggle with timelines and budgets, but we do what we can. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to get the work done. We have some old maps of the city on the walls and a lot of dusty boots sitting near the door. We don't really go for the high-pressure sales stuff or marketing. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we’re here and seeing the projects we finish in the neighborhood. It's a lot of coordination between different trades, and sometimes things get a bit messy on the job site. But at the end of the day, we like seeing a project come together correctly. It's a practical business for practical people. We’re just happy to be part of the local scene here and keep things moving.
