Garden Of Eden Property Developers Pvt. Ltd. is located up on the second floor of Dev Plaza, specifically at units 12 and 23. You can find us at Neredmet X Road, right above the Enfield showroom. It’s a pretty busy intersection, so there’s always plenty of activity around. Even though the name sounds a bit formal, we are just a bunch of local people working on property development and sales around Neredmet. We’ve been in this building for a while now. Most people find us because they’re already in the area for the showroom or the other shops in Dev Plaza. Our office is a working space, filled with maps and plans and a lot of tea cups. We focus on developing spots around this side of town. It’s a lot of back and forth with builders and local authorities, which can be a bit of a headache, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't go for the big, flashy sales pitches you see from the huge developers in the city. We’d rather just show you the plans and tell you how long things will actually take. People here know we aren't going anywhere. If we're not in the office, we're probably down at a site checking on the workers.
