You can find us on the 2nd floor of the building at 8-2-603/B/33/A/9. Gahana Innovations Private Limited is tucked away in Zehra Nagar, right off Road No 10 in Banjara Hills. Being in this part of Hyderabad means there’s always something going on outside. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got our computers and a few chairs that have seen better days. We don’t really care about having a polished look because that’s not what we’re about. We just come in, sit down, and try to figure things out. Some days we spend hours just looking at screens or talking through ideas. It’s not always easy, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, so we get our exercise for the day. We’ve lived in Telangana most of our lives, so we’re used to the heat and the pace of the city. We don’t have a big HR department or any of those things you see in movies. It’s just a small group of us trying to make these innovations work. Sometimes we get frustrated when things don’t go right, but we usually just grab a tea and try again. It feels real here. No one is putting on an act. We’re just regular folks doing our best in a crowded city. It’s our spot and it works for us.
