Gadhi Paradigm

Our office, Gadhi Paradigm, is situated in room 201 of the Diamond Block. We’re tucked away inside the Rockdale Compound in Somajiguda. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad, so getting into the compound can be a bit of a task sometimes with all the cars and bikes. Once you get inside the Diamond Block and head up to the second floor, it’s a bit more peaceful. We have a decent-sized room where we all sit. There are windows that look out over the compound, though there isn't much of a view. We mostly focus on our tasks and try not to get too distracted by the noise from the main road. The office is filled with the usual stuff—computers, printers, a few old chairs, and a water cooler that everyone congregates around. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or anyone to greet you; you usually just walk in and say hello to whoever is closest to the door. We work on a variety of projects throughout the week. Sometimes we’re here late when there’s a lot to do, but we try to keep regular hours. We usually bring our own food from home and eat together in the small kitchen area. It’s a very simple setup without any bells or whistles. We’re just a group of people working together in Somajiguda, trying to keep things organized and moving forward.
