Gadde Infraprojectsprivate Limited

Our office is located in Aparna Towers, specifically in Block E. If you know the Kondapur area, you probably know these towers. We are way up on the 11th floor in Flat 1102. The view from up here is actually pretty decent, especially when the sun starts going down over Hyderabad. Working in an infra company like Gadde Infraprojectsprivate Limited means there is always a lot of technical stuff to look at. We spend a lot of our time looking at site plans and dealing with contractors. It’s a lot of back and forth on the phone and through emails. The office itself is usually filled with rolls of drawings and stacks of files. We aren't really the type to wear suits and ties every day. It's more of a jeans and collared shirt kind of place. Most of the team has been together for a while, so we know how each other works without having to say much. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down, which is a bit of a disaster for us in the mornings. We just try to stay on top of the projects we have going on. Kondapur has changed a lot since we first started, with all the new buildings going up everywhere. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything. We just keep our heads down and try to finish what’s on our plate for the day. It gets tiring but it is what it is.
