G H Pavan Builders And Developers private Limited has its main office at No D4/466/2518 on the 100 Feet Road in Gandhi Nagar. If you know the area, you know that 100 Feet Road is always moving. It’s a lively place to have a business. We handle building and development work from this location. It’s a pretty simple setup inside. We have some tables for looking at blueprints and a few computers for the administrative side of things. We don't go in for anything too corporate. We’re just local builders who know the Gandhi Nagar area well. Being right on the main road makes it easy for folks to drop in and see what we’re working on. Most of the time, the team is out at different sites, but there’s usually someone at the office to answer the phone or handle the mail. We’ve been part of this community for some time, and we've seen a lot of houses go up around here. Our workspace might be a little dusty from all the site visits, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We’re just here to get the work done and move on to the next project. It’s a straightforward way of doing business that seems to work for us.
