We operate Fzami Global Services Private Limited out of Murad Nagar, specifically at the address 12-2-39/A/30. It is a residential-looking area that has a few small offices tucked away here and there. Finding the place can be a bit of a challenge for the first time because the house numbering in this part of Hyderabad can be a little confusing. Once you actually find the building, you will see we have a pretty modest setup. We do global services, but we are very much a local team of people. There isn't a lot of decorative stuff on the walls; we mostly just have whiteboards covered in scribbled notes and weekly schedules. We aren't the type of company that spends a lot of money on fancy office design or art. We would rather just have good computers and a comfortable enough chair to sit in for eight hours. The neighborhood is relatively quiet compared to the main roads, which is nice for getting our work done. We usually have some tea around four in the afternoon, and that is when most of the talking happens among the staff. Otherwise, it is mostly just the sound of people typing away. We don't have a big HR team or anything. If there is a problem, we just sit down and talk it out. It is a very simple way of doing things. We have been here for a bit and it feels like a second home.
