Our business, Frontera Techsoft Private Limited, is situated at House No. 288 in Nandan Ratan Pride. We are located in the Bandlaguda area of Patancheru. It’s a bit on the outskirts, which we actually prefer. There is a lot of space out here and it’s a bit more peaceful than being right in the center of Hyderabad. We’ve been here for a while and have settled into a good routine. Our office is just a house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It makes the whole day feel a bit more relaxed. We have a few rooms where the team sits. We do a lot of software and tech work, but we talk about it in plain English. There is no need for all that jargon. We just want things to function the way they are supposed to. Sometimes we have meetings out on the balcony when the weather is nice. It’s a far cry from those fancy boardrooms you see in movies. We don't have a lot of money spent on decorations. Most of our resources go into the tools we need to do the job. It’s a practical way to run things. Bandlaguda has been good to us. We know the local people and we feel like we belong here. It’s just us doing our bit. The drive into Patancheru can be long if you are coming from the city, but we are already here. We have a small garden area in the front of House No. 288. It’s mostly just grass and a few shrubs, but it’s better than looking at a concrete wall. We don't have a fancy sign on the gate. Most people just know us as the tech company in the house. We like the anonymity. It lets us focus on the actual coding and development without a lot of interruptions. We have a big table in the middle of the main room where we all gather for meetings. It’s where most of the decisions get made. We don't have a lot of hierarchy. If someone has an idea, they just say it. We don't care about titles much. Frontera Techsoft Private Limited is just a name on a registration paper at the end of the day. To us, it’s just our daily work.
