Friday Frameworks Private Limited is based out of Plot Numbers 129, 130, and 131. We are in Mithila Nagar, over in the Pragathi Nagar area. Having three plots gives us a bit of space to breathe, which is nice. We aren't crammed into a tiny room. It’s a decent setup for what we do. Pragathi Nagar is a growing spot, and we’ve seen a lot of new things pop up around us lately. We just keep doing our thing though. Our work is pretty standard—we sit down, look at the frameworks we are building, and try to make them solid. We don't use a lot of big words to describe it. It’s just practical work. Some days are busier than others. Sometimes we stay a bit late to finish a project, but we try to keep a normal schedule. We are just regular people. We don't have a PR department or anyone to write fancy documents for us. This is just us talking about where we are and what we do. We like the neighborhood. It’s got a good vibe. We’ve made some friends with the other business owners nearby. It’s a simple life, really. We show up, we work, we go home. That is how Friday Frameworks operates day in and day out. No mysteries here. We’ve got a few bikes parked out front most of the time. The walk from the main road isn't too bad, so some of us just walk in. Mithila Nagar is a nice spot because it’s not as noisy as the main Pragathi Nagar roads. We can actually hear ourselves think. We have a small water cooler that everyone gathers around around four o'clock. It’s our little ritual. We don't have any corporate training videos or anything like that. If someone new joins, we just show them what we are doing and let them get a feel for it. We think people learn better that way. Our office is mostly just desks and chairs. We haven't spent much on fancy art. The work we do is what matters to us. We try to keep our files organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up a bit. We get to it eventually.
