If you have ever been to Ameerpet, you know it is one of the most crowded places in Hyderabad. Our office, Freedomconnects IT Solutions, is right in the thick of it at H. No: 7-1-414/14 & 15. The streets are always full of students and people looking for computer courses. We are based on a busy road where there is always something going on outside. Inside the office, it’s a bit different. We have our systems set up and everyone is usually busy with their own work. It can get pretty loud with the horns honking outside, but we just close the windows and get on with it. We deal with various IT solutions, which mostly means we spend a lot of time on the phone or working on software issues. There isn't anything glamorous about it. We have our desks, our chairs, and a small area for tea. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things that don't always work the first time. It is a lot of trial and error sometimes. Ameerpet is a good place for this kind of business because everything you need is right around the corner. We don't really have a formal corporate culture. We just talk to each other like normal people and try to get through the to-do list for the day. It is a busy, slightly chaotic environment, but we like it that way. We just try to provide what people need without any of the extra fluff.
