Free Lancer

If you go to Himayatnagar in Hyderabad, you’ll find us at Flat No 402 in Thelegend Apartments. We are on Street No 7, specifically on Itakayal Styanarayana Street. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it’s a good place to be. We’ve been running Free Lancer from this flat for a while. It’s not your typical office. There are no cubicles or water coolers. We just have our desks pushed up against the walls and a lot of wires running everywhere. We do various types of work depending on what's needed at the time. Since we are in a residential building, it feels more like a home than a workplace. We know the security guards and the people living on our floor. We don't have a marketing team telling us what to say. We just talk to people plainly. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is fine. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Hyderabad. We just want to stay busy and keep our clients happy. It’s a simple life. We work hard during the day and then head out to get some biryani nearby when we’re done. It’s a very local, straightforward way of doing business without any extra polish.
