Our office has a really long name, Fourth Dimensional Software Soultions Manpower Consultancy Private Limited. Most people just call us something shorter. We are located at H.No 28-3-190/2, which is right by R.K. Cafe. Having a cafe so close is probably the best and worst thing for our productivity. We spend a lot of time there when we need a break from the screens. We do a mix of software work and helping people find jobs, which is where the manpower consultancy part comes in. It’s a busy office because we have people coming in and out quite a bit. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There are files everywhere, and the phones are usually ringing. We don't have a big marketing team to tell you how great we are. We’re just a small group of people working hard in a small space. Some days it feels like we’re trying to do too many things at once, but we always manage to get through the pile of work. Being near R.K. Cafe means it’s easy for people to find us, which is helpful. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and it’s become our second home. We just try to be honest with the people we work with and keep things simple. It’s not fancy, but it’s what we do every day.
