Our shop, Fortune Motors Pvt Ltd, is over in Jawahar Nagar, Mouali. The address is Plot No 63, right at Hno 40 265 1. If you come by, you’ll probably see a lot of cars parked out front and a few of us with grease on our hands. We’ve been in this part of Hyderabad for quite some time. It’s a hot and dusty area, especially in the afternoons, but that’s where the work is. We handle everything from basic repairs to checking engines. The office is just a small room at the front where we keep the keys and the ledgers. We don't have a fancy showroom with shiny floors. It’s a working garage. Most of our customers are people from the neighborhood or folks who drive through Mouali for work. We talk to them plainly about what’s wrong with their vehicles. No big sales pitches here. Sometimes we're waiting on parts to arrive from across the city, which can be frustrating with the Hyderabad traffic. We spend a lot of time under hoods or looking at tires. It’s loud, and there’s always the sound of tools clanking. We’ve got a couple of regular mechanics who have been with us since we opened. We aren't a massive chain; we’re just a local business trying to do a decent job so people can get back on the road. It’s hard work, but we like being around cars and solving problems.
