We are over at Plot No 18 in the SBH Venture III part of Lal Bahadur Nagar. It’s a basic office where we spend most of our hours sitting in front of computers. We aren't one of those massive tech firms with hundreds of people and fancy coffee machines. It’s just a small group of us who enjoy working on software and solving problems. The space is pretty simple—just some desks, chairs, and too many wires running across the floor. Sometimes we stay late because a piece of code isn't working right and we can't figure out why. We don't have any big corporate goals or mission statements taped to the walls. We just take on local projects, like building websites or helping a small shop with their computer systems. It’s a lot of quiet work, mostly typing and testing things over and over again. We like being in LB Nagar because it's a good area with plenty of tea stalls and places to eat nearby. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all just sit around talking until it speeds up again. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We just write software and try to make sure it does what it's supposed to do for our clients. It’s a normal job with normal people, and we’re fine with that. No big speeches, just regular work from a small office here in Lal Bahadur Nagar.
