Down here in Manikonda, at 12-14-6, you’ll find Forrtune Green Homes. Jagir is a place that’s grown a lot lately. We’ve seen it happen right outside our door. We deal with housing, mostly trying to help families find a spot that fits what they need. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of running around, checking on foundations, and making sure the plumbing is going in where it should. We aren’t some corporate giant. We’re just a small group trying to build homes that actually hold up over time. Manikonda has its charms, even with all the new construction. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and suppliers. Sometimes they’re late, or the prices go up, and we have to figure it out on the fly. It’s a lot of problem-solving. We don’t use those big words or try to sound like we know everything. We just know how to build stuff. People come to us because we’re right here in the neighborhood. They can see what we’re doing every day. It’s honest work. The office isn't anything special, just a place to keep the blueprints and take some calls. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the next project. We like the idea of people having a roof over their heads that they can actually afford. That’s basically the whole point of us being here. No need to make it more complicated than that.
